Introduction
Welcome to the Remnant Global School of Theology. As a community dedicated to theological education, we strive to create a respectful and engaging learning environment. This document outlines our policies and expectations for students, faculty, and staff participating in our online programs.
1. Code of Conduct

Academic Integrity: Uphold the highest standards of academic honesty. Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of dishonesty in academic work will result in disciplinary action.
2. Attendance and Participation
Regular Engagement: Students are expected to log into the learning platform regularly, participate in discussions, and complete assignments on time.
Participation Requirements: Active participation in forums, group projects, and live sessions are mandatory. Specific attendance policies may vary by course or the approval/accommodation of faculty.
3.Assignments & Grading Timely Submission: All assignments must be submitted by the specified deadlines. Late submissions may incur penalties unless prior arrangements are made.
Feedback and Grading: Instructors will provide timely feedback on assignments. Students are encouraged to seek clarification on grades and assignments as needed.
4. Use of Technology
Platform Access: Students must familiarize themselves with the online learning platform and ensure they have the necessary technology to participate fully.
Technical Issues: Report any technical difficulties to the IT support team promptly. Students are responsible for ensuring their technology works for scheduled classes and assignments.
5. Online Etiquette Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor in all online interactions. This includes using appropriate language, attire during video calls, and a respectful tone in written communications.
Privacy: Respect the confidentiality of fellow students and faculty. Do not share personal information or recordings of classes without permission.
6. Support Services
Academic Support: Utilize available resources such as tutoring, writing centers, and counseling services. Reach out to instructors or advisors for help as needed.
Spiritual Support: Engage with spiritual formation opportunities offered by the school, including mentoring, prayer groups, and pastoral care.
7. Feedback and Suggestions
Continuous Improvement: We welcome feedback on courses and the online experience. Suggestions can be submitted through the designated channels, and we will strive to address them constructively.

9. Refunds
Please understand that once you have enrolled in the 2025 course and have gained access to the materials, refunds will not be permitted. This policy is in place due to the course material becoming available immediately upon payment confirmation.
